Ben Brooks is a great attorney and I do not know what my family would have done without him. We have hired him for multiple cases over the last few years and not only did he work his magic throughout the cases, but he was a life saver for me personally during the whole experience. Ben was available and at our service every single time we called for him and was amazing representation for us at every single court date. I appreciate him more than he will ever know for always being open, honest, realistic and patient with us during this journey. He never stopped fighting for us no matter what was thrown at him and I will forever be grateful for his services.

Benjamin Brooks worked with my family on an issue involving my daughter. He was extremely helpful from our initial phone conversation through representing my daughter at a college hearing. Mr. Brooks, at first, tried to help move a stalled process along in an expeditious manner through repeated contact with officials and with a minimal cost to us. When it became clear that more legal representation was necessary and with very little advance notice, Mr. Brooks agreed to represent my daughter at a formal hearing and provided us with a thorough overview and advance preparation. Due to the fact that my daughter has a disability, Mr. Brooks also worked with officials to make an exception that allowed my husband and me to participate at the hearing, greatly reducing my daughter’s stress level. Mr. Brooks made what could have been a stressful hearing easy to manage, and the issue was resolved quickly with the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Attorney Benjamin Brooks.

I'm writing in appreciation for the excellent legal services I received from Attorney Ben Brooks of Good Schneider Cormier and Fried in Boston. Ben was effective, considerate, and most of all efficacious in his work for me. One case involved eviction, and another a more felonious charge. In both cases he expedited solutions involving the least possible ongoing complication, with good results in both cases. With what I have come to think of as a characteristic style, Ben not only provided excellent legal service but also calmed me down by the way he talked about these matters. In the past I have experienced the same kind of high-quality professional services with Ben's firm, Good, Schneider, Cormier & Fried. I consider Ben not only a highly-skilled individual attorney, but also working in a judicious and level-headed way that seems to be the hallmark of the entire GSCF firm.

I did something rather impulsively which resulted in a criminal complaint from the town. The offense was relatively trivial but nonetheless could have caused considerable embarrassment and possibly even a criminal record. Benjamin was very helpful in explaining what the possible outcomes were and his measured assessment of the situation was very reassuring and helped relieve my stress and anxiety. He represented me at the hearing and, once again, it was a great relief to have him speak for me since I was concerned I might negatively impact my own case. The outcome was the most favorable one that Benjamin had predicted in his earlier assessment and the matter was dropped without any criminal charges being filed. Right through the process Benjamin was a pleasure to work with - he is professional and very calm in all his interactions.

When I hired Mr. Brooks he stated many things he was going to advocate on my behalf. Several months had passed where I gave him a $5,000. retainer and the balance of $5,000. to be paid in two months. Mr. Brooks had repeatedly told me he was going to speak with the ADA regarding obtaining dismissal of a misdemeanor charge(2 counts) that rightfully should never had been issued in the first place. Mr Brooks frankly dragged his feet in respect to his promise of meeting with the ADA and convincing her to dismiss the charges. Mr. Brooks was extremely insincere in his promise despite being paid for his legal services. Another instance I became ill while the case was progressing and Mr. Brooks told me that he would file a Motion to Continue the next court date which was a few weeks away. Once again, Mr. Brooks failed to follow through with his promises. Mr. Brooks had appeared with me at the next hearing as scheduled and when the judge asked Mr.Brooks about delays in the case and the reasons for the delays. Mr. Brooks "threw his hands up in the air and shrugged his shoulders." Mr. Brooks fully knew the reasons for the court continuations which should have been told to the judge. Mr. Brooks simply was not advocating on my behalf. After months of delays and broken promises Mr. Brooks did not even want to file a Motion to Dismiss these frivolous charges brought by the police and the DA. After repeated conversations and emails Mr. Brooks finally did file the motion. He really surprised me in his unwillingness to advocate my innocence on my behalf. I knew I had made a mistake in hiring Mr.Brooks and his firm for my representation. I would strongly suggest anyone seeking legal assistance to get references from clients that are happy with the attorneys work product and candidness. You would like to be certain as possible that the attorney is clearly representing your interests as he promissed. I was very disatisfied with the work Mr. Brooks had completed on my case.
