I was new to the area when I contacted Ryan Lang. I had no prior business with him, and reached out solely because of his reputation in the area. Ryan treated me like family and advised me through a complicated lawsuit. His ability to predict the thought process of an opposing insurance company, and communicate that sentiment to me was truly impressive. I’m an older woman and my only experience with computers was as a 411 operator for the phone company for almost 25 years on a preprogrammed computer so they have been so patient with me and I’m so thankful, the one thing I would change is that you all have personal email, if that were the case I could send you photos much easier also I tried calling Nicole yesterday to let her know that the attorney was very rude and could use charm school!

They never answer their damn phone! Even when they requested to call . Terrible terrible customer service.

I am nothing satisfied with my case Manager.I am very concerned about the outcome of my case. Most of the time when I contact my case Manager, she barely answers to my email or phone call.I emailed her two months ago, until now I haven't heard from her. She's representing me poorly as well Morgan & Morgan.If it was for my case Manager, I won't recommend anybody to Morgan & Morgan but my experience with my case Attorney is different. My case attorney fit the job .

I am working with them at the moment on a case.. They are amazing , caring, if I leave a message they get right back to me , so far I am very pleased with them
