He spent close to an hour asking me questions and NONE of that information was passed on to whomever he transferred me to

My case took two years an I was tolled ill get 3000 dollars out of 25,000 in a few weeks. Which was less than their doctor an the lawyer, plus they settled without my knowledge the other insurance let me know that they send them a check . My case manager had no interest in helping me. THIS WAS A WASTE OF TWO YEARS. Don't waste your time with them if you want results.

Great till the end and when i asked for suggestions the only one i received was impossible

You called me so many times I stupidly thought someone might help me. I didn't even get to talk to a lawyer. You're just another firm that robs the poor of any hope of justice. I have to have a neuromodulation device placed in me because corrupt police acting under color of law tortured me for over 8 hours and caused permanent damage to my brain, renal system, and spine. I was not even charged with any crime yet this firm isn't up to the fight. I will need care for this the rest of my life. Cops have not grown to be so corrupt and unaccountable on their own. They have may accomplices that help keep them from ever answering for their crimes. A lot of those accomplices are supposed to be fighting for the victims not enabling the sadistic cop making sport of torturing someone known to him to be innocent.
