“Free consult” provider continually spoke over me, did not allow me to fully answer his questions, then told me they couldn’t help. Very frustrating experience.

It's early into this case. To my disbelief I didn't think I actually had one. Morgan and Morgan reviewed the happenings and took my case. Jordan hadn't been available for any questions I had and I'm looking on with disbelief. Now that I have Luke who's right on top of everything I would definitely recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone in my situation. * I have an Update: I am so Happy with the Attorney Luke that's handling my case. He's amazing and always available!!!

I called Morgan and Morgan for help with a workman's comp injury. They put me on hold and came back and said they could not help me but could recommend an attorney. This is their commercial. "FOR THE PEOPLE" "A GUY CALLED ME (MORGAN AND MORGAN) AND I WAS STUNNED. I CALLED HIM RIGHR BACK" These are their rcommercials are complete BS. Don t use them!

This law firm is too BIG for their own good. They are flukes. From the lawyers all the way down to the customer service reps who will call you often to disturb you for nothing. STAY away from Morgan & Morgan.

“no case is too small” - BULL HSIT … my mother broke her ankle on city property and they told me they would not take on the case… now I see commercials where the CEO compares himself to a UFC fighter… LMFAO comical…. Do not go here! they are a McDonald’s law firm that will treat you like a number… commercials are false advertising

I've never worked with such a confusing company. I did the 2 hour approval process and was approved for a team to work my case. Unfortunately all I get from these people are a ridiculous amount of calls every day. They call me, put me on hold, and then someone comes on and asks how they can help me, not even realizing that they're the ones who called me in the first place. I have been waiting for weeks for the paperwork to come in the mail that they told me they sent out in December. Yet, everyone who calls me has a different story. And now I'm being told that there was no paperwork all along. I have only so much time to do things, and this company has been an absolute confusing waste of my time. Update: After telling Morgan and Morgan that I won't be continuing their services, they are still calling me and trying to connect me to their people. It would be ok if someone called and knew what they were talking about. The communication between these people is terrible. How could that many people call me and not know what's going on? Update: here it is 745pm and you guys are still calling me. How many times do I need to tell you guys to stop calling me before you actually listen to me!? This is absolutely unacceptable. Giving your company my phone number was the biggest mistake I made. Update: Whatever you do, don't email this company, or you'll be getting constant spam emails. That "owner" that replied to my review, is obviously not an owner. I sent her two emails that she never replied to. But I do get about 20 spam emails a day thanks to them. Never got them before. This whole outfit is a scam, and judging by other comments, if they do end up winning your case, they end up with 90% of the money.
