Misleading commercials and advertisements saying they are for the people and no case is to small. Yet they refused my case because it wasn't of interest to them. Edit: yea unfortunately you guys can't provide reasons to why you denied helping me which is bad Merritt. I have a case, a strong one and a new industry that just wasn't heard from you guys. The fact you can't provide reasons why you denied helping me is certainly bad Merritt. There has to be a reason, prob not enough earning potential for you guys. Which is sad, there much bigger statements to make w my case than earnings. Especially when it comes to medical Mal practice. If anyone is looking for true representation, do not call these guys. If you case don't bring in top dollar, they ain't interested.

I read many times they only take "easy winning cases" but I didn't know what that meant. After calling them, filling out an online form, and waiting 1 week for them to get back to me (not 15 mins as they told me over the phone) now I am aware of what was that about. If you need someone to care about you and your case, this is not the right firm for you.

I guess I’m a nobody or there wasn’t enough money for them to help me. ;(

It seems to be they only deal with easy cases and where they can make good money, very disappointing.

No calls or communication

Don't believe the hype. We called M&M for slip and fall case. Worked with Jazz on their intake team. Informed by Jazz that the largest law firm in the country where no case is too small that all their lawyers are too busy to go beyond intake. Jazz said she would text link to referral so we may explore other representation. All we got was a phone number. Obviously we can research better through internet and reviews like this one. Hopefully others will have better luck with M&M than us

Not sure yet thou early . It seems you don’t get much communication. from them .i wouldn’t recommend them , after 5 months and myself doing work they should have they suddenly call you and say they will refer you to another firm ?? Yet they of course except you after first claim analysis the next firm unfortunately can’t help and tell you to reach out to local bar association. Stay away don’t believe the commercials FOR the PEOPLE. It’s a scam and 40% ?? Find a local attorney. Do your homework they sell themselves greatly through media but not true !!

I made some bad choices in the past and I called them a few years ago because the jail medical staff misdiagnosed me. They kept telling me I had one thing (without ever having a specialist examine me) and it turned out that I had stage 3 cancer. This was clearly 100% malpractice and Morgan & Morgan , who according to the commerials fight for the people, refused to do anything about it. The medical staff gets away with malpractice just because they work for a correctional facility? They lie in the commercials!

The lawyer who called me wanted $4000 up front. No follow up received, went elsewhere
