It's amusing if you read through these reviews how Morgan and Morgan claim they are excellent communicators. Nothing could be further from the truth. They've spent approximately fifteen minutes(total) with me discussing my case which they accepted. I was sent a single email on the anniversary of my accident that provided the status of my case. I was promised follow ups within weeks of that single email that never happened. If I want to know what's going on with my case I have to chase people and if I get a response it's typically a one line response. I was sent an email from Morgan and Morgan this week with the following "Thank you for trusting the Morgan & Morgan Complex Litigation Group to review your potential case against ERCOT and other associated entities". I have no idea who or what ERCOT is. I then received an email apologizing for the mistake or mix up a few days later. Hey, at least someone contacted me. Morgan and Morgan were very quick to contact me when I got into my accident and I should have known better by how pushy they were. I am now stuck in limbo wondering what the status of my case is. Don't make the same mistake I did. Choose a different law firm.

I was referred to another law firm who took my case for five months and then two days ago they sent an email with no explanation for why they can’t continue with my case. This isn’t a good look for Morgan and Morgan you guys referred me to a wack lawyer who played me. Thumbs down to you.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM. THEY ARE FAR FROM THE BEST. THEY ONLY TAKE EASY WINNING CASES!!!!! Don’t even bother calling these people. They are rude and don’t care about ur case there are no lawyers anymore they pass the bar they have drinks at. They have people who don’t know the law call you waist your time they don’t even listen to why u need their services they cut u off and tell u they can’t take your case after they call you 5 times a day until u answer and u waist your breath for nothing

Still waiting to see if Thay will represent me !!!!! Well I found out that my personal injury, is something that Morgan & Morgan can't help me with ! I guess a handicapped man being affected by black mold doesn't count. Unbelievable, maybe if the Black Mold drove over me Thay could help. SO MUCH FOR HELPING THE LITTLE GUY !!!!!!!!

I called them for some emotional distress and some type of bully that I experienced from leaders at the my ex job, from people who supposed to make sure laws are followed. Without having an another job I had leave the job and find myself on unemployment due to moral killed. After hearing my complaints, they promised that my case will be sent to lawyer for examination and that lawyer should call me after a couple days, and no one called me back. After 3 weeks I called them back to find out if someone will still call me. I was told that my case wasn't accepted and then they forwarded to an agency that is working with them and that again is supposed to call me which was again a lie. No agency had called me. I don't beleive in these people. If your case doesn't look $$$, do not approach them. They will lie to you instead of being honest with you by telling you that they only accept cases where million can be made. They don't care about you getting justice. All they care about is money.

I wanted to find out i formation. It asks you to fill out some information and submit. I said i perfer email contact at first before speaking on phone. Well as soon as i finished filling out phone rings recording telling me to call. 2 more times the first day. 4 times the second and got a text message. I asked some questions and explained why i want to speak via email or text first. Oh no can't do that gotta call its private. I asked again simple 2 questions did anyone read what i wrote in what i filled out originally? No answer to that. Said if they did read with what i have for evidence would it be something that could be finically worth go after. Again same answer gotta call. I repeated myself on next text about primary fill out and can it be worth it and can they answer that before i call. If not can i have the email of a ceo of company. Got same answer gotta call. What i cant ask a question over text or email i have to call first. Still won't give me an email to someone high up. I am disabled and have a few medical conditions and yet gotta call does not matter. Why couldn't i have an email of someone higher up to find out. Why bother filling out a questioner and write why your contacting if they don't read it and respond to that. All i got was call me call us robo calls and a few personal calls in 3 days 10 messages 8 recordings 2 actual people. Yet again will not answer anything on email or text. Hopefully someone reads this and can understand that hey maybe we should communicate via text or email to find out a few things like the customer perfers but seems like a bdc rep sending robo calls and texts repeating call me call us ect. Last i sent was put my number on the do not call list. Got another machine call a few mins after.

Never got back to me, this is not a responsible firm.. how can morgan and morgan and morgan handle your case when there is only a few Morgan's... Thay sell your case .. they don't care about you its all about the money...

5 years ago I had a malpractice call Morgan & Morgan they lawyer said to me if we can't can't convince us how we going to convince the juror know I can't do anything cause you have 3 year limitation and Sam still going to damage that Brigham & women did to me so don't say you could win a case you even try hard

This company is not what I expected I read the reviews and did not attain any of the positive feedback that was given. I first called and spoke to someone which asked questions as expected. Then the phone got disconnected and there was no call back as they had my info. I didnt recieve a call back until 4 days later to which they told me the lawyer (was not goven a name) said they can not take my case but can referr me to another lawyer for a fee. So they can not take my case but is willing to referrme to somebody that may or may not be able to take my case for a fee. This is absurb and I do not recommend Morgan and Morgan
