(Update: received response to this review with an email address, wrote abt this accessibility issue two weeks ago. There has been no follow up from them. 9/25/21) Was very surprised to find that Morgan & Morgan could not accommodate d/Deaf or nonverbal clients, as they ultimately require audio-only communication. Was then referred elsewhere...with another phone number. Not impressed.

August 27th I called their office regarding an ongoing case of elder abuse by my manager in his outrageous ly screaming and verbally attacking me with alot of anger and hostility. This is not the first time. I have PTSD. This happened in front of coworkers and customers! I needed to explain the whole situation but was told that it would have to be explained to the attorney. I waited on the line only for the lady to come back and say basically it wasn't even worth the time of the attorney to give me a call to hear how I was affected by his conduct. So much for Morgan and Morgan being for the people!
