CANT GO WRONG WITH SHAPIRO AND ASSOCI...I'VE NOW THEM FOR YEARS THE BEST DANS THE MAN

I highly recommend Shapiro & Associates; they are an outstanding group of people who are dedicated to taking care of federal employees who are injured and seek compensation and benefits. During my case, Rhea, Gina, and Sam were very sensitive and hands-on each and every time I called in for questions or concerns on my case. They followed up with me after every doctor's appointment I had to make sure the services were adequate. This group of people are great and truly cares about their work and the needs of every client. Completely Unprofessional dealing with Chris Flanagan, was assigned to represent my businesses insurance company then when assigned the case was "out of the country" for weeks. Finally get to discuss the matter with him we begin what i thought some sort of resolution mediation then disappears for another 3 weeks then emails me Saturday Decemeber 31st to deny our claim. Granted a vehicle was stolen off of our property, Zero diligence carried out on their part never contacting our police department inquiring to neighbors nothing. Deplorable professionalism. Plenty of reputable firms around please do your research and find whos going to fight for whats right.
