Talked the talk but couldn’t walk the walk. Very intimidated by basically a real estate lawyer. It cost me a ton of $$ to get nothing. No fight at all. Backed down when confronted by a man is the only way I can say it. Denby is only in the game to make money. She didn’t fight for my sons rights and hopefully this review will piss her off enough to explain to me why I spent 30k to go backwards in the fight to see my grandchildren. She gives “divorce lawyers” a bad name. Totally useless until it comes time to pay up. I can’t believe she got beat up so bad by a very unscrupulous low life lawyer. This is a 5 stars attorney, Always let you know of your options, answer your emails requests in a short time an protected her client. I hardly recommend her and her office. Thank you for your great help, you were great.

From the day I consulted with Gabrielle to our many days in court including trial ,Gabrielle has stood by my side and put me at ease.. She is extremely knowledgeable, reasonable and fights for what is fair! I would highly recommend Gabrielle to anyone!!

Divorce can require people to fight for a fair result even when fighting is not in their nature. When children are involved it can require parents to compromise and work together, just as they've decided that they can't and never will be able to agree. Gabrielle was both a forceful advocate and a thoughtful negotiating partner. She pushed me when it was required, and pulled back when the situation required tact, always keeping the big picture in mind. A litigator should have an innate desire to win. Heading into my divorce I interviewed several who had that desire. What most lacked was interest in MY definition of winning. Gabrielle fought for my goals as if they were hers, and got the win I needed. Truly grateful for her professionalism and partnership.

This was not our first go around with family court. When we met with Gabrielle we stressed it was very important to us that our lawyer really advocate for us. This was not an easy case by any means and Gabrielle could see this. However she absolutely met every expectation we had and firmly represented us with only our best interests at all times. She was very honest and very fair. I'm not sure what our future holds but what I can say for sure is that if we require any more legal advice or counsel we will continue to use Attorney Denby. You will not go wrong in retaining her as council.

My wife and I were searching for a lawyer to update our Estate Planning documents since the lawyer who originally prepared our documents is retiring in a couple of months and we needed a new lawyer who could handle future updates as well. I found Attorney Gabrielle Denby’s website online and contacted her via email. Attorney Gabrielle was very responsive and immediately set up a meeting with myself and my wife. During the meeting she was very accommodating with our request. She prepared the updated documents swiftly and within a few days the documents were ready for signing. She even graciously provided two witnesses to sign our documents as we were having difficulties finding witnesses ourselves. My wife and I highly recommend Attorney Gabrielle for any Estate Planning needs and we look forward to working with her in the future.

I consulted with attorney Gabrielle Denby for a second opinion on a post-divorce Stipulation (under construction) that needed to be presented at court within a few days. She initially comes across as a quiet and considered individual. She listens, absorbs detail and opinions, and examines in detail the financials of the case. Gabrielle suggested a key recommendation that was overlooked by a more experienced family law attorney with which I had previously consulted. Her advice got right to the heart of the issue and the language she suggested was uncontested and incorporated into the Stipulation. Attorney Denby operates way above the level one would expected from someone of her age and experience. She is diligent, shows great grasp of family law, and has the ability to pinpoint and address the key issues. Although this review is limited to a consultation, I can recommend attorney Denby highly and without hesitation.

Through an odd course of events, I engaged Gabrielle to consult with me on my divorce action. She did not represent me as such, but rather reviewed my case and provided some guidance as it seemed rudderless. It may seem unusual to hire a second attorney, but for me it was money well spent. I found Gabrielle to very sharp, pragmatic and compassionate. She was able to piece through he rhetoric and get to the heart of the case. She had wisdom and confidence beyond her years. I settled with her assistance, and have no doubt that if I was not able to settle, I would have switched to her for trial, which thankfully did not happen. This process is broken. And the lawyers are the only beneficiaries of a failed and flawed system. Finding one you can trust is not easy. I highly recommend interviewing her for your case.
