The rep was pleasant enough, but I was transferred to the wrong dept, then back to her and had to recount my concerns multiple times. I spent nearly 45 mins on the phone to only be told Morgan & Morgan won't take the case and they couldn't even give me the courtesy of a reason. I can only assume it's because there wasn't a large enough possible payout to make it worth their while. So much for representing the little guy.
