She or He was professional, attentive and prompt. At least I got a listening ear even if my case was not going to be taken up. Morgan and Morgan listened to me and got their team to call me at no cost. For such a huge law firm it is a big Kudos. Huge impression. And prompt attention from employees. I wish they will take up my case though. Will keep trying. Thank you.

Jacynda was so reassuring and walked me through the initial process. She was kind, showed empathy and patience as we asked and answered each other's questions. Years ago I was rear ended at a stop light in Va. It was horrible and the neighborhood atty was lazy and patronizing.
