I had the pleasure of having Melissa Lanouette help me with a disability retirement case. This was a very long and frustrating process due to large bureaucratic delays and the COVID pandemic shut downs. Fortunately, Melissa is an extremely positive person with a gentle spirit. I could not have had anyone better to help me cope with the application paperwork and filings, IME visits, legal hearings, and time delays. In addition, she is an extremely thorough legal researcher, a meticulous writer, meets all deadlines, and communicates fully with clients throughout the entire process. However, perhaps her most important attribute is that she never gives up! My case took seven years to reach a favorable conclusion. Melissa was with me every step of the way and for that I am eternally thankful.

I was hesitant to work with a “big” firm for this matter. I have had an on going case for over 2 years. Everytime I have to email them or call, they never reach out to me. I emailed them a month ago and no answers so far. I am overwhelmed and disgusted. First I was with Attorney Brodie and he left, then Attorney Michelle H. Now I am talking to Sheryl and she said it's Attorney Diane. I am confused and disgusted. Why would you change my Attorney without notifying me?
