Robert Naumes is outstanding attorney he fights for his client he handled my case for 5 years and took care of everything. Robert had to come to a deposition in Iowa for my case it was great to meet and talk to him in person Julie Lamkin is the most amazing attorney. when I have talked to her on the phone you can tell she cares about her clients. she always retuned my phone calls and emails she always let me know when something changed in my case so yes, I highly recommend this law firm

I was in an auto accident and I have found that Jeffery glass man and her team of paralegals including Allison and heather silva are extremely intelligent and more than helpful with everything. Specifically heather silva has been terrific helping check on me and make sure I have no questions and or concerns.

Customer service/Communication: Front desk was incredibly efficient and comfortable stating what they KNEW and what would require direct response from an attorney. Really put me at ease knowing I was not being given misinformation or misdirected. Attorneys Hodgman and Arseneau were patient and direct when explaining the process, following up with any questions and even gave personal opinions (based on previous cases and professional probability) when I was unsure, which turned out great for me. Initial process: I received a call with an explanation of the process, answers to ALL of my questions, and the paperwork was brought to me (foot & ankle injury- don't know if this is the norm), simply because the attorney wanted to make it a bit more personal. The remainder of paperwork was sent electronically, which was SUPER convenient! Time: I wish I could recall the start time for the case, but... life! Overall, my case was pretty fast. Less than a year for sure AND that's with me forgetting to respond with paperwork for a few months (attorneys called/emailed to check in and follow up during that time). All of my calls were returned in a timely manner (which was refreshing 😀) - despite the chaos of the pandemic. Payout: I am very satisfied with the level of effort and persistence Glassman team put into my case. All angles were presented and discussed with me PRIOR to anything being adjusted. Haven't finalized everything or received payment YET, but I am more than satisfied with the settlement. Overall: A knowledgeable AND personable law firm that I would highly recommend. The only downside is that they are a bit pricey compared to others, but worth it for me because time and money are important during this period.

I felt lost and helpless in the aftermath, and they made the process of getting in touch extremely easy; after a brief website-based chat to transmit the basics of my situation, I received a prompt phone call from Heather Silva, a paralegal with the firm. Heather was incredibly kind, patient and helpful, and a ray of sunshine after a frustrating morning of getting nowhere with the police. Even though I ultimately didn't have a case for them, being miraculously uninjured (unlike my poor bike), she continued to be supportive and check in with me over the next few days, until I reached an alternate resolution. This is a place where they actually care and they give their all to make sure you have everything you need to get want you Deserve! Along with courtesy calls to Check up on you to see of your well. They help me a lot with multiple cases, they carry their hearts with each case along with professional courtesy, understanding in depth and detail all while haveing hearts of gold . I really appreciate all the hard work they've put in helping me through each case. I would like to say thank you very much and keep up the great work you've really been there for me i can't appreciate it enough.
