Caleb took a stressful, uncertain situation and made it an organized plan of defense that put my apprehension and anxiety at ease. He was able to get the OUI charge against me dismissed! Caleb will fight harder than any other attorney for you. Caleb represented me on two probation violations and he refused to back down. Even when the court officer tried to kick me out of the building telling me to join Zoom court, Caleb defended me in the hallway and then got the judge to tell the court officer to let me stay for the full hearing. It needed to be in-person because there was going to be live testimony, according to Caleb. Caleb was right. Caleb demanded full probation hearings, with testimony, both times, and both times, we won. I have no violations on my record during the times that Caleb represented me. Sometimes, it's easier for people to do what's easy for the court and for probation, but Caleb won't do that. He will fight for you and get you the result you deserve. And, also unlike other attorneys, he will maintain an open line of communication with you the whole time. You should hire him.

Attorney Koufman represented me on a criminal matter in Waltham District Court. He's clearly a regular in that court. He knows all the personnel and I think the judges really like him because everything he asked for was granted. I got a great result and he got all the money that I owed waived. So I'd like to say that if you are looking for a dedicated and loyal and committed lawyer Caleb Koufman would be your lawyer. I just recently had a case that was dismissed. Assault and Battery Fare evasion Lawyer was so committed to paying attention to every detail that I have been accused of. Every day he always provided me with new information regarding my case Day before the actual trial we went over and went over the testimony in order to be prepared for the case. Heard that word was that I am a minority I am a bi-racial person and the VA was determined to press charges against me.
