This year has been one of the hardest years for me and my family. I was able to find Joe Markey online and from the second I met him he assured me everything would be okay. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to have my story heard. If you want an attorney to represent you start to finish and truly care about you throughout the process, hire him.

I normally don’t bad mouth attorneys or anyone for that matter but I will definitely give my honest opinion Based upon my personal experience with Joe Markey, I would honestly never recommend Joe to anyone and if I knew then what I know now about him I probably would have never spent $6500 to hire him just to Accomplish nothing In the end. I’ve dealt with quite a few attorneys in my lifetime and I have to say that he was probably one of the worst that I’ve dealt with. The major issues that I had was his lack of honesty, his lack of knowledge of the laws and what proper motions to file in court, his lack of communication and lastly his lack of professionalism. He has a way of being persuasive and dishonest with his words and actions at the same time he sells you dreams with no results. There had been numerous ongoing issues with him such as lying about filing motions with the court that he never filed or intended to file until he was called out. He will try to stray away from putting 100% into a case by talking a good game and acted as if he knew what he was doing when in reality he had absolutely no idea what he was doing and was just trying to get the case over and done with so he could be done with my case and could move on to something else. His communication was absolutely atrocious He doesn’t answer any phone calls or text messages like he claimed. I would have to call or text him over 100 times for him to finally answer. He never did anything in a timely manner or at all for that matter. Whether it be filing motions, getting a court date or even providing any type of communication. All in all it was a complete waste of time and money dealing with Joe Markey just to have gone to court three separate times and not accomplish anything with him.

Solid guy! Highly recommend using Joe.
