I was in my first accident ever in September of 2019. I was on my way to work and was t-boned on my driver’s side while going through a green light. My Jeep was totaled (front axel split in half, front wheel hanging by a thread...) and in the midst of it, my right wrist slammed against the gear shift. I refused an ambulance but my right (dominant) arm was hurting more and more, so I asked my dad to bring me to a nearby urgent care. They did x-rays and found a few significant breaks. I was then put into the hands of a surgeon at Lahey in Burlington and was in a cast for months. It wasn’t until a few months later after seeing Jason Stone Injury Lawyers commercials that I finally decided to give them a call. Immediately I was put in touch with a case manager, Michael McGinley, and Attorneys Tom Thorpe and later, Sean Joanis. I knew I made the right decision right away. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and straight-forward about what to expect, what the steps were, how Jason Stone Injury Lawyers performed, and so on. It was a pretty cut and dry case as I had a dash cam to prove that I had the green light and it was 100% at the fault of the other driver. Still, knowing their insurance was going to pay for everything and I’d still have to live with chronic pain in my dominant arm for the rest of my life, I felt like I needed to take it a step farther. When my doctor also told me to expect arthritis within the next 20 years (I was 26 at the time of my accident), I knew I needed to talk to some lawyers. Everything was so well taken care of. Every member of the Jason Stone team that I spoke to either on the phone or in person (pre-COVID) has been so friendly. I got regular emails informing me of how my case was being handled and what the next steps were. They were patient with me, understanding, sympathetic, and just overall some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. I’ve never sued before and I hope I never have to again, but if I do for a personal injury, I will 100% call Jason Stone Injury Lawyers again. Tom, Michael and Sean are absolutely amazing. Having this kind of support after a very traumatizing experience made me feel so at ease and assured me that I made the right decision. So thankful for this team!

The office of Jason stone by far has been phenomenal. I was involved in a head on collision where a driver ran a red light and totaled my vehicle, I accrued some hefty bills and had to go to PT.
