I was satisfied with the assistance I received from everyone at the firm, most of the time. It did take some time to resolve my case, almost 4 years, but everyone did keep in touch with me throughout the process. I did feel I was pressured to settled my case as opposed to going to trial and when it was finally settled, I was charged $722 more for costs than I was told during the mediation. I asked for a breakdown and the difference was for charges after the case was closed and settled. I did reach out to Jason Stone, as his email suggested, for any concerns, and he never replied.
