Several months ago I has the misfortune of running into a car accident on a rainy day in the Waltham area. The worst experience I have ever had not just with a law firm. I had to call all the time for my case. no one has ever called me to update me and most time they don't answer. They make promises that they don't deliver and charges too many fees after check comes in. Most cases are held by associates that if you take care of your case your self you probably do a better job and save your self money. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE
