Attorney James was recommended to me by a friend when I got involved in a car accident in 2014. He and his team worked efficiently from the very beginning. After the first contact, I was reassured that the only thing I had to do was take care of myself, including seeing doctors. For the next couple of months, they kept me posted where the case was and kept asking if I was fine. I could feel they really cared for me. When it came to the final ingociation part, Attorney James gave me several choices and explained them in details. And he worked super hard for my interest once I made my own choice. I was referred to, Jason Stone Injury Lawyers (JSIL), by another lawyer who was retiring after being in business for many years. I met with a fresh new team of go-getters, and I knew right from the start that I was going to have a good experience with this law firm. Everyone with whom I had contact was very nice. They were professional every step of the way without being stuffy or condescending. I had a great team who never made me feel as if I was bothering them. I have heard people tell stories about having to call and call their lawyer, and wait and wait for them to return their call. This never happened at JSIL. THEY CALLED ME! My team kept me updated every step of the way, and I never got the feeling that I had been forgotten or that my case was not important enough. I never had the chance to wonder about the status of my case. The few phone calls and emails I made were either answered right away or returned promptly that same day. My team was fast and efficient while working my case. We did hit a snag when the other party appeared to be trying to avoid payment after the settlement agreement, but JSIL did not let that deter them. They were right on that, and I received my settlement within a week.
