I picked Simon and Simon to represent me in an automobile accident. I worked with attorney Adam Holtman and I can’t say enough good things about him. Called Attorney Kevin Crick regarding a business debt collection issue, and from that one phone conversation I would highly recommend him. First, he immediately reduced my anxiety regarding the issue – which was so nice. Second, while he knew our issue was not one he was able to take on due to the business nature of the issue, he still took the time to provide useful advise and provided valuable information that he certainly did not need to do (and take his valuable time). We had a consult with Kevin today and he was extremely helpful and patient when listening to our situation. I am having difficulty with a car dealership not making repairs on my leased vehicle in a timely manner. I leased a new vehicle on 11/1/21, dropped it off for repairs on 12/8, and have not gotten my car back to date! I submitted an inquiry to the rights protection law group this evening for help with the MA lemon law and consumer protection, and received a call back from Kevin within an hour or two! He advised me that I do have a case if I chose to move forward and provided some quick advice. I will be looking into continuing my work with Kevin’s law group!
