I highly recommend Kevin, hired him in December 2023 for an unlawful repossession. I was sold a bad car with very high interest rate that was causing me to default on payments due to me trying to keep the car on the road. Fixes were so expensive. I was at a point were I just did not want the car anymore but did not know a way out. Those people did not only take advantage of me but also destroyed my credit. Long story short, not only did Kevin get me out of that nasty deal but he also got my credit straightened up. Can’t forget to mention that Kevin is so sweet and super informative. Always replied so quickly and with an answer to all my questions. I hope to never go through anything like it again but if so I will definitely hire this firm (Kevin) again. If you’re recommended to Emanuel Mukendi like I was by this firm, please run. I hired his firm to take care of my case in January of 2023. A year later, he requests I pay more fees after weeks of asking for the progress he has made on the case, to no response. When I finally told him, that I won’t pay unless if he tells me the progress he’s made on the case he’s been hired to work on, he requested that I find a new attorney. Here we are in March 2024, and the attorney that Right Protection recommended me to has chosen to withdraw from the case instead of doing his job and informing his client of the progress made in the case. I know that Emanuel Mukendi is not a part of Right Protection, but since Right Protection recommended me to him, I must leave a bad review knowing that you guys are in business together.

Id give Kevin ten stars if I could. I had some fraudulent charges done on my banking account that took my life's savings. I was worried that I had lost that money. The fraud was pretty obvious but I had no idea of what my rights were. I dropped Kevin a line on his web site and he called me back immediately. Kevin took the time to tell me what my rights were and the steps to take in order to get my funds back to my account. I had no idea what to do besides call the bank. After speaking with Kevin and getting his knowledge into my situation, I had my money back in my account within days.
