Michele was super helpful in guiding us through our green card via marriage process. She is professional, on-point, and affordable. We first met with Michele in October 2017, when she outlined the whole process. We applied in December 2017 and received a green card in May 2018. Michele made it very easy for us to figure out all the forms and documentation we needed. For example, we only had to provide our information to her once – her office then gathered and filled out the many many governments forms for us to sign. She prepped us for all steps and meetings so we wouldn't feel nervous, and she prepped us for the inevitable waiting. She joined us on the interview date to make sure everything went smoothly. And it did. We highly recommend hiring a lawyer. My wife and I have been together for many years, and even though we thought the process would be straightforward, we were glad we could lean on her judgment of what it took to demonstrate to USCIS that our marriage was bona fide.

I had some questions relating to immigration and criminal matter and one thing that I like about attorney Da Silva is the prompt availability. I called her on Friday afternoon, and she can see me on Monday. When I went in the room, she reviewed the documentations that I have and asked me a few questions related to the case.
