I'm a lawyer who made a poor decision that resulted in serious felony exposure in one of the Boston Municipal Courts. I retained Joe based on the strength of his testimonials (and a little independent research) and I'm sure glad I did. It quickly became apparent that I had made a smart decision. Joe is not just super smart. He knows the Boston Municipal Court system like the back of his hand. The judges and clerks and prosecutors there all know him well and obviously respect his thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity. Joe listened carefully to my side of the story and skillfully crafted it into a defense that carried the day and resulted in a fair and very favorable disposition in my case. However successful Joe was in using his skills and experience in the Boston courts to obtain a great result in my case, what set him apart (in my opinion) was his bedside manner. He always returned my phone calls and texts within an hour or two and he clearly and understandably shared his observations, insights, and ideas about alternative courses of action. Throughout the period of our association, I always felt like a priority client. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough!
