I would recommend Michael Rollins to anyone. He was my attorney when closing on my first home in the Boston area, and from the beginning, he was friendly and communicative. I understood exactly what to expect from a typical closing process. However, the seller made the process anything but typical: there was an undisclosed tenant who did not vacate on time; the property was part of a contentious divorce proceeding; the seller was alternately unresponsive or unreasonable. Through all of this, Michael was my strong advocate. The closing happened because of his persistence and extraordinary effort. I was lucky to have him in my corner through the homebuying process, and you would be too.
