Wonderful experience working with them!

I used Alavi/Braza for my first condo sale, and then subsequent purchase and sale of my more recent property. I don't normally take the time to leave a review, but they're awesome over there; communicative, detail oriented, and really professional. I will always use them for my real estate legal needs. I highly recommend them, especially Ali, he's so fun to chat with.

I worked with Ali and his team as a first time home buyer last spring when purchasing my condo and the service was wonderful, and I can't say enough good things about them! They explained everything to me fully and made me comfortable through every step of the process. They were very professional and if I ever buy or sell another property I will be going to them. Even nearly a year after purchasing my condo, they are helping me to sort out a tax issue that is completely beyond their scope, but their connections were super helpful in getting it resolved. We highly recommend this firm for your real estate needs. We used them both for closing on a new house and selling a house. When we sold our house, the buyers' attorney seemed to be incompetent and Ali and his colleagues went well above and beyond what one could expect. Over four days, they spent many hours beyond what could have been considered "normal" and did not charge us beyond the original fixed price quote. They also have sufficient staff so that if one person is not available, others jump in to assist. They were just terrific! Please give them a chance to work with you. Very highly recommended.
