Joseph is a knowledgeable, helpful person who would be a plus in any situation. He is pleasant to deal with and doesn't mind doing the work.

Joe was great. When buying or selling a house the entire ordeal can get very stressful so its important to be working with someone who knows what they are doing. Joe is always available to answer questions, which is important because a lot arise especially for a new home buyer. He not only knows the realestate aspect of the business but also knows the legal side. Anything that my wife and I asked for he was very prompt and professional in time and response. It was also a great help to view houses and have his feed back and expertise. He was able to point out aspects of a house for need of repair, or things that were positive and unique to a property. Joe was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone that I know.

Joe is wonderful. He is ethical, candid, honest and most importantly empathetic and flexible. My dad recently passed away which was devastating. His death was sudden which left me extremely sad and extremely unprepared. Dad didn’t have a will and I knew nothing about the probate process or selling a home. In short, I was a mess. Joe helped me throughout the entire process. He was very caring and even dealt with me crying a time or two, lol. He was great about giving me frequent updates and involving me in the entire process. We put dad’s house on the market only a few weeks ago and already are we in the process of working towards closing on the house (for a price that I am extremely happy with). I couldn’t believe how fast we got the house sold and how smooth everything went. I would highly recommend working with Joe.
