Rich was fantastic throughout the entire SSDI process! He communicated regularly with me and always answered all of my questions and returned all communications quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was approved on my first application thanks to him. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone who needs someone to represent them and guide them through the arduous SSDI application process.

Richard McLaughlin succesfully represented me in 1997 and again 2018. It's so difficult to find and work with an attorney when you've been seriously injured and have no experience with the process. The 1st atty I retained in '97 was disbared. I immediately thought of him when I was injured again 20 years later. Both times he recovered the maximum amount of money. I hired Richard for my personal injury case 1 year and 8 months ago. He fails to keep me updated on the progress of my case. He never reaches out to me. Occasionally I get a 1 sentence response from him every few months after I email him looking for updates. I doubt I will ever see any money for my case. Such a waste of my time. Highly regret hiring him to handle my case.
