Stuart is knowledgeable, highly experienced, generous with his time and counsel. My husband and I are very grateful that he was recommended to us.

Unprofessional, unethical, rude, frivolous attorney who believes he is above the law. Good luck to anyone with the misfortune of dealing with or hiring this attorney. I have never dealt with a more corrupt human being let alone attorney of the law. He represents every single thing an attorney should not. He has only bad intentions and gives attorneys everywhere a horrible name.

Wow! Wish I had spoken to Stuart sooner. Says it like it is! And so I can understand. Thank you for giving me the time and listening to my situation and leading me in the right direction.

Unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate when communicating. Does not maintain a professional level of composure when addressing a topic that he does not agree with, using inappropriate words such as “stupid” and “that should be common sense”, instead of just stating professionally that he does not believe that the details provided would be sufficient for a case. Also became irate and angry when the inappropriate and unprofessional comments were pointed out. Disagreeing with the client or having your own beliefs is valid and fine, but using inappropriate words and stating that the individual mentioned is “stupid” is not an appropriate way to address your potential client. Had you just stated, “I think that situation can be interpreted in an unfavorable way if it were to be brought to court” etc, that would’ve been met with a more positive response than me telling you that your statement was rude and unprofessional.
