If I could give 6 stars I would. Squabble involving joint ownership of a property that needed resolution. Adam was first rate from Day1, communicated clearly with all parties, kept everyone informed of progress and brought a tough situation to a good conclusion. Thank You Adam!

Adam played a critical role in settling a long-running dispute and exit strategy between eight family members who wanted to divest their shares of a summer home which was jointly owned. After 2.5 years of fruitless family debates, Adam was hired to successfully negotiate an equitable and fair settlement for those members of the family who wanted out. He was polite and responsive and fought for the settlement we were entitled to while avoiding a formal Petition to Partition and all the expenses and fees associated with that process. I would highly recommend Sherwin Law for real estate cases such as these. Adam is excellent.

Just about 12 days ago I gave a civil matter that came up, and it was a very time sensitive matter. I used the web site to request then to look at my case. This was late in the evening, by 9AM I had a call from MariJane and she took my input. During my case she was a rock star, and setting me up with the right Attorney. Then the star of the show, Attorney Jill MacDonald. I spoke with her in the afternoon, less than 18 hours of my first contact. Talking with her, I knew I had the correct Attorney. The dismissal was granted, and I can get back to living life. If I attempted to defend myself, I believe I would have been screwed.
