Adam helped me deal with a difficult tenant who was trying to break a lease for reasons out of my control. As soon as I spoke to Adam he took over and had all communication go through him as the tenant was a rage texter. The stress level I had decreased instantly and from the initial demand to settlement Adam always has my back and gave me his advice all along the way. Luckily this matter settled fairly quickly.

We had a quite complex case with our condo and we could not be happier with Adam . He is truly who you would want on your side when you have any issues or anything to do with real estate or zoning issues .There was multiple contractors whom we were dealing with as well as the city of medford and Adam settled our case to our satisfaction and beyond. He is outmost professional and works hard to get his clients what they deserve. always answers the phone or calls you back in a very timely manner. Cant say enough about Adam and definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Attorney Sherwin is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to landlord/tenant law. He was able to quickly assist and recover my security deposit when I found out my landlord wasn't handling it correctly. I would recommend any tenant or landlord use Adam as a resource.

Leah was an amazing attorney who was persistent and thorough throughout my case.
