Kelly was a intelligent fighter in my case. She had the court officers ask me who is this because she kept the ada off balance stumbling in the court, the funny part about it he was an old veteran type who came in pompous and was knocked of his pedestal by this scrapper from Boston. Ms. Cusack is a very straightforward and dedicated attorney. When I met her she told me from the start what she planned to do, as far as advocating for a motion to suppress(and she was very honest with me and told me she couldn’t make any promises or guarantees, but also that she was very confident and would do her best), and she did just that, she filed for the motion after diligently getting all of the discovery, and we were granted the motion, which in turn, got my case dismissed.
