This office is a fraud. These people promised to follow my case of a car accident and I started physical therapy and got all paperwork then after 2 months I received a letter from them. This letter was a notification of dropping my case because the insurance of the other party denied liability and litigation was needed. These people are scam and looking for easy money. There is no guarantee with this office. They will let you down in any given time. There were more negative commens about this office but negative comments are disappeared. They fix good comments about their office and their own employees leave good comments

Erin is very professional. She was wonderful to work with. She responded right away to any questions or concerns and kept us updated every step of the way.

Tucker did an awesome job. I had a horrible foot injury and he helped take care of me. I'm incredibly grateful.

Tl;dr for below: Sweeney Merrigan has excellent customer service, amazing legal work, and as stress free of a time as can possibly be made for me. I’d give them more stars if I could... Honestly, there aren’t enough good things I can think I can say about Sweeney Merrigan... when I filed the free online consultation online, I wasn’t too sure about them. They had great reviews but I’ve never had to hire a personal injury attorney so I was nervous. Plus I was terrified of the costs between the two teeth that broke, the hospitalization, and the lawyer fees. I talked with Erin, and every single step of the way, she clarified and simplified every aspect of the process, from filing to settlement. I seriously cannot thank her enough for her help. I didn’t really speak to my attorney that often as Erin acted as the medium between us, but considering what he was able to get me, I have no qualms about not talking to him that often. When there was something directly needed to ask him, he answered pretty quick but considering how I usually talked to Erin, I usually went to her instead with questions. Between the excellent work they did behind the scenes, the absolutely perfect customer service (honestly, it’s crazy how good it is. Erin checked up on me once a month to see how treatment was going and she always responded to my questions as quick as she could [usually being immediately]), and the hassle and worry they saved me by doing an amazing job, if God forbid I get hurt again, I’ll definitely be giving them a call!!

The very first thing that came to mind when asked to give a review on Sweeney Law Firm after handling an accident I was involved in was erin, the attorney that was appointed to my case, she was extremely professional, very courteous, and a pleasure to speak with, within the first 10 minutes of our conversation she made me feel very comfortable and my mind had already been made up on hiring Sweeney Law Firm to take my case, I don't know how they did it, but Erin actually got me the maximum amount of money that I could receive in regards to the type of coverage the driver at fault had, I'm very happy with the hard work and dedication that she put into my case, and would highly recommend asking for her if you're unfortunate enough to become involved in an accident of any kind !

Totally the worst law firm probably in Massachusetts nothing but ambulance chasers especially Carlo the senior of the twits very very bad person wouldn’t trust that law group with my worst enemy very unprofessional and for some reason very devious not your basic Attorney completely do not recommend ever!!! Like I said An ambulance chaser. Edit This review is LEGITIMATE. It is true that I have not obtained Cellai law personally nor would I ever. but have had dealings with them for years. Very unprofessional. Especially when you leave a negative review. Is it ok to make a coercive threat when you simply state your experience with a company.
