Absolutely enjoyed speaking with Tucker regarding my case and more. He's a great person to have on your side of the ring. My injury settlement should have been peanuts, I had given up on my case due to my inability to get treatment ( I have Pennsylvania network health insurance and live in Mass)...~$10,000 later here we are... If that doesn't deserve 5 stars i dont know what does.

I found Tucker Merrigan and his associates while looking online as I was in the hospital after being struck by a car. Tucker responded with alacrity and came directly to the ER to meet with me while I waited to be transferred to a regular floor. I found him to be kind, caring, knowledgeable and concerned. He maintained an open line of communication with me all through the legal process, never once leaving me to wait a long time for an answer. He thoroughly explained legal terms in a manner that allowed me to understand everything during the process of my case from start to finish. He offered advice without pushing me in any particular direction; rather, he explained all possible outcomes with each possible decision.
