Attorney Tony Gemma and his paralegal, Betty Caruso were a pleasure to work with. Tony's advice and guidance was priceless and really helped us through our problems and misgivings as beneficiaries.

While searching Google for a Probate lawyer, I reached out to several local lawyers and Gemma's law was one of them. I spoke with the receptionist who made an appointment for a consultation after I explained my probate situation. Shortly after, another firm called me back and was able to talk with me right away. I gave the courtesy to Gemma Law and called to cancel my consultation thinking I had the answers I needed for my situation. It turns out, I found myself searching online again for some more probate information and came across Gemma Law once again. I called and spoke to the same receptionist as before, and she remembered me, told me she would get back to me, and the lawyer now came up with some excuse that they aren't able to help me with my probate issue. If this is how Gemma Law treats potential customers, STAY AWAY! Pretty immature and unprofessional. I know this review wont put him out of business nor is that the intention, but just letting others know of my experience with this firm albeit how short it never was.

After paying a lawyer to help me with an unemployment appeal the lawyer had no idea about the unemployment appeal office I finally did win it after being advised I could file another appeal This firm took payment and had absolutely no idea how to help me Please call another firm before dealing with these crooks!!

Following the death of my mother, our family needed legal servies to settle her estate. A referral brought us to Attorney Gemma's office. We were fortunate to have his guidance. Attorney Gemma and his team provided superior legal advice and support. Administering to an estate is never easy, but Attorney Gemma's expertise, patience and solid customer service made it more manageable.

Don't expect any help from this firm for unemployment. I applyed in Sept 2023 for unemoyment and needed help with uploading documents etc No help at all Promised return calls which never came.Still waiting for appeal.Asked for help to find out about appeal as I could not reach them by phone Again no return call Not sure if they lost my mailed in paperwork or what happened but I officially give up on it .So very frustrated with this firm but they took my $$ and provided me no help at all trying g to find out what my status is!! Don't bother find a different firm that might put some kind of effort I to your casr.Just disgusted.

Anthony and Betty made the process of settling our sons estate very easy. Linda and I just provided the paperwork we had and they did all the important stuff.
