I hired attorney Richard Fitzpatrick to represent me in a Workmen’s Comp. case. I suffered an injury at work where I cut the tip of my finger off with a saw. From day one attorney Fitzpatrick and his team of associates, Adam Halpen, Tom Mahoney, Brendan Murphy and Jennifer Sapio made me feel like they had my back. It was us VS. them. And we weren’t going to settle for and bull****. Whenever I needed to ask a question ( and trust me when I tell you I had ALOT lol)or find something out, they were right there to answer and assure me. They didn’t make me feel Like I was going at this alone nor did they have a problem with me calling non stop for 6 months. Attorney Fitzpatrick told me from the very beginning how he could win my case and exactly how he was going to do it. And that at the end of it all I would be a happy man!!! I am writing this review exactly 7 months after my date of injury. With complete excitement and amazement at how accurate his prediction was. He told me it would probably be 6 to 7 months and it’s been exactly that. I spoke with Attorney Fitzpatrick this afternoon to find out. I WON MY CASE and better yet… IM GETTING PAID!!!!!! And if you knew the details of my case you would know I certainly deserve it. If you are looking to hire an attorney that puts your interests and you first. Look no further and higher, Attorney Fitzpatrick and his team of professional professionals. I am not an easy guy to deal with. I’m very detail Oriented and I have to know what’s going on at all times even if there’s nothing going on. I would call probably 2-3 times a month. ALWAYS got a return phone call. I have severe trust issues!!!! But attorney Fitzpatrick is there for YOU and he wants nothing more than for YOU TO GET WHAT YOU DESERVE!!!!!

Work on my disability case the problems at were in the files fix them and was able to solve the problems and get me the disability I need

Richard Fitzpatrick has been my attorney for the past few years. He relentlessly pursued my Workers Comp insurance company for a fair settlement. He also suggested that I apply for Social Security Disability. It took a while for a hearing with a judge, but Richard continued to help me and wouldn't let SSD off the hook. The Social Security office dropped the ball in regards to an appeal and Richard persistently pursued them. Between both cases it took several years and i is finally over. Without Richard's help, I would not have been succesful in either case, but with Richard's help both cases have been settled in my favor.

First of all he was recommended by a friend. He was very easy to talk to explained the issues in details that I understood. Very truthful in explaining of what could happen in a good or bad way. Always kept in touch and answered all my questions. My opinion is he went above and beyond. Always followed up with me to see how I was doing once the case was settled. I would recommend him highly for anyone looking for a lawyer.
