Chris was recommended to me by my mortgage broker when I was involved as the Buyer in an extremely complicated and hostile real estate transaction. We certainly would not have been able to close this transaction without his expertise. He went well above and beyond the scope of his responsibility in the transaction and succeeded in getting the Seller and Seller's Agent to perform as per the contract.
