Steven led me through every step in the process and checked in frequently communicating updates and next steps. He brought us swiftly and smoothly to the best possible outcome. He was professional and kind.

At one of our meetings Mr. Bergel was imitating my body language, and made inappropriate gesture about my MD. I felt extremely offended by the manner Mr. Bergel treated me as a client.
