I was involved in an auto accident and this law firm was recommended after dealing with a different lawyer I wasn't pleased with. It is a traumatic experience to have to go through and everyone involved eased my worries and walked me through the process with diligence, respect, and clear expectations and explanations. The lawyer assigned to my case was John M. Vlassakis. He was extremely attentive to every question and was able to explain the details of each step in a clear and complete manor, while not using law jargon I wouldn't understand. He took over the case and resolved the matter. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and results provided.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mr. Pope on my case. I had turned to Mr. Pope after having a very negative experience with another law firm. I had apprehension with contacting another attorney but instantly Mr. Pope eased my fears, displayed compassion, professionalism and knowledge that by far exceedes others in the field. Mr. Pope was always readily available to answer any questions or soothe any lingering fears or apprehension that remained. Mr.Pope showed me respect and made me feel that my case was important to him and this law firm. In addition the office staff was always pleasant and easy to work with. This made the experience really easy with no real stress. On the day my case was heard in court Mr.Pope arrived early to make sure we were thoroughly prepared. I was extremely impressed how well he had memorized the key aspects of my file, and ultimately this lead to a favorable decision in my case. I honestly feel my case wouldnt have been resolved without Mr.Pope's assistance and for that I am extremely grateful. They charge 36% & do not tell you.i found out after . Real lawyers charge 33%. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am talking through experience. They promise you the world . Had a case that was a 100 % the other drivers fault & they were reluctant to go to trial. Thanks for nothing. I stand by every word I said.?If I knew you were charging 36 % I would of thrown you out of my home. I called REAL LAWYERS & THEY CHARGE 33 % BIGGEST MISTAKE WE EVER MADE PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE. THEY ARE OUT FOR THEMSELVES..why don't you tell them why you reduced the fee to 33% .? I didn't think you would. Lily was phenomenal, absolutely amazing! She was the best thing I ever did as far as my disability goes. She was professional, conscientious and very good at returning calls. It was like I was dealing with an old friend. She always had my best interest at heart. She genuinely cared about getting me through this process which can be quite overwhelming. Initially, I was going to try and process the paperwork myself but very quickly realized that it was outside of my realm of expertise. I just can’t say enough good things about them. I would never have made it through the process without her help.
