Had a phone call with Attorney Murphy today and could immediately tell he knows what he is doing. He has lots of experience in landlord/tenant matters and knew all of the judges and even opposing council. With his expert advise, we were able to resolve the issue with a tenant. If you are a landlord, you need somebody with experience who knows landlord/tenant law inside and out. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him because I know he would do an excellent job and have no doubt, he would win. Loved the quip about "Murphy's Law" on his website. I'm glad we didn't need him this time, but he is very impressive and I hope we don't need him in the future - but he'll be the one we hire without a doubt to represent us if we do. Thank you for your service in the U.S. Navy as well, Attorney Murphy. Thank you for your advice.

Sean Murphy was very helpful from the day I met him at housing court about a year ago. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to happen in order for my family to reach an agreement with my previous landlord.

My mother's legal affairs were a daunting task I have been avoiding for two years. My mother is loving, but difficult at the age of 96.
