I have had the pleasure of working with Attorney Cara Gallucci and Paralegal Kristen Di Chiaro twice over the past two years and they were both very professional and easy to communicate with and I want to highly recommend them for personal injury law.

I was hit in the rear by a distracted driver which caused a great amount of stress, discomfort and inconvenience. This was my first accident ever and it left me feeling so vulnerable. After listening to the TV commercial “call D’Oliveira and Associates right now” I felt I just needed to inquire especially due to the lack of attention from the responsible insurance company. I called the Woonsocket office and spoke to Kristen DiChiaro, Paralegal. She pleasantly took some information and assured me my case would be reviewed. Attorney Cara Gallucci called me back the same day and was simply a breath of fresh air. They took my case and everything was handled professionally, promptly and all from the comfort of my home via email and telephone due to Covid. Kristen was always an email away and answered my questions promptly and professionally, always making me feel like I was her only client. I feel I got a fair settlement and I am so grateful for this team of professionals!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Call D’Oliveira and Associates if you need legal assistance. They handled every aspect of my case beautifully and in a timely manner. I had no idea where to start after my auto accident and they walked me through each step, even the parts they couldn't help with (like closing out my loan and how to handle my totalled car with my insurance company). They took the stress right out of the whole situation and are well worth the cost.

Due to the corona virus, all communication was through email. I never had the opportunity to meet Ms.D’Oliveira or her colleague. That didn’t stop them from taking my case and making sure that my experience was a good one. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and settled a lot sooner than I expected. I did expect to get more than what was settled, at the same time the corona virus landed me at home and laid off from work so the settlement was more than helpful in these tough times.
