I guess the best way to describe my laywer is content. Things could have not been any better with this case. The police just love to throw whatever sticks, these unfortunately are pretty serious. These were oui (drugs) possision, neg op. All face serious consequences, nervous, absolutely, scared, and a deck for a year. James worked hard on these, put my mind at rest, and told me, let him work. I couldn't been more satisfied knowing how this turned out, the possision, and oui were dismissed, even for a first time, this is huge. I hope to never go through this again. Things could have been alot worst is the oui was a guilty. So, if your in a similar situation were your facing life changing alterations, give him a chance, I did, and now I can move on.

James is professional and knowledgeable and has represented our family twice. He makes himself available and explains the status of the case. He provides detailed updates and gives sound advice to consider next steps. He is fair with payment options and will work with you as needed. He successfully had our case dismissed and is currently representing our family on another case. I have every faith in his ability to steer the case in the direction that is favorable to us. Jim was extremely professional and jumped on my case as soon as I gave him my report. I can honestly say Degiacomo did the best job possible by closing and beating my OUI case late last year. Keeping my record clean will not only help me financially but will allow new job opportunities that arise that I wouldn’t be able to be a part of if I had lost the Case!
