From my "quick questions" to contract review Howard has always been responsive, thoughtful and provided excellent guidance and knowledge in the employment law realm. Pricing for services received is affordable and well worth the investment.

As a UK company entering the US market, you dont know what you dont know. We have a poor experience with a large firm of lawyers before being recommended Howard. The difference between the service levels is huge. Howard's advice on both Federal and State level employment law and best practice has been invaluable as we have navigated our way through employing people in different states, Howard has helped us every step of the way. I cannot recommend Howard highly enough, a great lawyer and a thoroughly decent person.

Howard guided our firm through a challenge from a former employee, ultimately resulting in successful resolution outside the courtroom. This included outlining our responsibilities under labor law (and how they might be viewed by legal or other third parties), recognizing and defining worst- and likely-case scenarios, crafting communications and settlement offer, and preparing for multiple eventualities. We hope to never need Howard again, but would turn to him in an instant if any such situation arose.

I was fortunate to have Howard as my counsel. I had never taken someone to court prior to this case and Howard made it the process very simple. My wage act case was an unusual one, as it didn't fit a boiler plate of previous cases. Howard found cases that weren't my exact situation, but he thought aligned with my issue, and how those results might be applicable to my own case. I had multiple conversations with Howard throughout the case, and with those conversations, I always felt he was there to make sure I understood all aspects of the case. This included understanding the methodology of the case, various steps and what those step(s) meant, breaking down lawyer lingo into layman terminology and supplementing potential case scenarios as we worked toward a solution. I appreciated his patience explaining items I didn't fully comprehend. I had not done a deposition prior to this case, I was nervous. However, Howard educated me with tutorial videos, documentation and we practiced a Q&A sessions leading up to it. I felt comfortable when the time came for me to give my deposition. Reflecting back on the case, I must mention how easy to communicate and work with Howard through the whole process. He would make time whenever I had questions or concerns.
