My husband and I moved to Boston from out-of-state and were totally unfamiliar with the home-buying process here; we were also working with a rather tight turnaround. Our realtor recommended we contact Megan and we are SO glad we did. Megan is knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. She walked us through every step of the home-buying process, answered our questions, and helped chase down information from the sellers. Through it all she was a calm, confident presence. Even when I was a bundle of nerves (most of this process was completed from another state), Megan never doubted that all would work out in the end ... and it did. I cannot recommend Megan and her team enough, whether you are new to Massachusetts/the Boston area or not. Her expertise and client-focus cannot be beat.
