We just bought a condo two weeks ago without realtor agent. Before we choose Hu lawyer we asked several law firms. Hu lawyer is a very responsible person who responds quickly to the customers. During the transfer process, Hu lawyer is very familiar with the transfer of the house. Also the closing fee is very reasonable. Strong recommendation is a very great lawyer.
