I highly recommend the Eskow Law Group for anyone about to involve themselves in a dental practice transition. Working with them was an excellent experience from start to finish. I have an attorney in my family, but decided to go with a dental-specific attorney for purchasing a dental practice. Now after going through the process, I am very glad I did. From the LOI to the APA and P&S all the way through the closing day, the Eskow Group went above and beyond to keep us safe from the many pitfalls in a convoluted transaction like ours. I met Jon at the Yankee Dental Conference and shortly after found a practice to purchase. I reached out to him and he gave me some great advice to start with, even before signing our engagement letter. Once we started the process of purchasing the practice, we worked closely with Samara Bell, who is an attorney you definitely want on your side. She is sharp, critical, and friendly and will look out for you at every turn. I was especially impressed with their ability to keep everything organized. Our transaction was fairly complex - it involved buying the practice and the real estate under different entities, simultaneously. The seller's legal team was very difficult to work with, but Samara and Jon handled all of these issues with poise. In terms of pricing, their rates are very reasonable and in my opinion, worth every penny. I recommend them to every one of my dental colleagues.

Jon and Samara were super responsive! They listened to my request and did thier best to meet them. Even though the deal took longer than first expected, they never stopped working. Overall I am super happy with the deal they were able to negotiate and would do this process them with again.

My experience with Eskow Law Group has been nothing less than fantastic. Having practice Dentistry for 40 years and deciding to transition my practice to a DSO was an emotional and overwhelming decision. "Not knowing what you do not know" was unsettling feeling during the process. Jonathan and his team provided the guidance that was necessary to reassure me that all would be thoroughly vetted and understood before any finalization. He "held" my hand through the process and was caring, understanding and essential. I would highly recommend him and his team for any DSO transition or conventional practice procurement or sell.

Any legal experience is stressful. Selling my practice was right at the top. Jon's expertise in many different areas made the entire process much easier. He provided great legal consul and excellent direction in non legal areas, as needed, during the sales process. He worked very well with my other advisers and the dental group to whom I sold. His energy, guidance, tenacity and knowledge, in addition to his compassion, made my sale much easier. I recommend Jon without reservation.

Jon followed through with everything we needed to have done with our practice transition; he was responsive whenever there were questions and he was honest and transparent when unexpected issues came up later.
