For years, my husband and I had put off creating a will. Then one day Robin was referred to us by a trusted friend of ours. Robin immediately demystified what we thought would be a daunting process, clearly spelling out our options and what we needed to do. We found her to be knowledgeable, reliable, conscientious, and down-to-earth. She answered all our questions and guided us carefully through the estate planning process. We were extremely satisfied with the results. Robin is someone you can trust, and she has a great sense of humor, besides. Our 4 children were beneficiaries of a by-pass trust opened in Boston by their aunt in 1973. We live in California and needed help with Massachusetts trust laws. She wrote letters, then contacted the bank holding the trust. She guided us through the somewhat complicated procedure. Back in 2013 my wife and I wanted to set-up trusts to protect our assets so that the most would be passed on to our children without a big tax hit.
