Arthur was hands down the best we were in and out he handled our situation professionally and very quickly we put together a portfolio of pictures and videos of a worn down apartment with lead nice mold our landlord was not making repairs so Arthur worked his magic and we were all very pleased with his services I recommend him to anyone thank you.

Myself and my former roommates worked with Arthur in order to resolve a dispute with our former landlord. Arthur worked directly with us and was consistently attentive and professional throughout the process. He did an excellent job of explaining all applicable laws and procedures, thereby making the process far less stressful than we were expecting. Additionally, he helped us reach a highly favorable conclusion to the matter in a relatively short period of time and for very reasonable fees. I found Doubleday Law when searching online for lawyers to help with a refund problem I had with an apartment complex. After reaching out to Arthur through an online inquiry, I received an email in less than an hour from his assistant. She scheduled a phone call that same day with Arthur and he quickly assessed my case. By the end of the phone call, I was convinced that I was in the right hands, because of his extensive knowledge about tenants rights, and by discovering some wrong doings from the apartment complex. Not only did he help me solve my problem, but HE TOOK NO FEES, because of how small my case was as he puts it. Yes, that's right !!! I am just amazed by how professional, transparent, flexible, and knowledgeable the whole Law Firm is. All my emails, calls, and inquiries were met with fast and incredible responses. In both my personal and professional capacities, I have worked extensively with attorneys who practice in all areas of the law. During the two years that I worked with Arthur on my case, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive, and gracefully accommodating of the fact the that some clients prefer to be hands-off while others like to be more actively involved in their cases (I was the latter). Hello all! I just want to say what a tremendous help Arthur was. My landlord was trying to evicted my boyfriend and I from where we reside because of my loving and dear pet. Arthur did an amazing job helping not only myself but my loving dog stay. He helped clear the fact that she was an emotional support pet and because of his swiftness and knowledge we were able to stay. We could not be anymore happy with all Arthur has done. He goes out of his way to help and is always available (which we all know is a plus). I would recommend him to anyone and everyone for he truly does care and gives a fair price for all his work.
