I could not be more happy with the support Lauren and her team provided for my divorce proceedings. Lauren will be your advocate and brings a wealth of professionalism and experience to the table. Her team provides a very personalized client approach and are thorough and responsive in their communications. I highly recommend.

I use superlatives sparingly, but Lauren is exceptional. When I came to her, I had been thrust into the Twilight Zone - kicked out of my house, able to see my son only sporadically at my ex’s whim, feeling hopeless and powerless, and fearing for my child’s future. It was a situation I never anticipated finding myself in, and one I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Lauren immediately sprang into action, formulated a strategy, and explained how to execute it step by step. At each stage, it proved effective beyond my expectations. Over the course of a year, I exchanged over 300 emails with her and her staff, and most of mine were answered within minutes. She was always available and willing to communicate, explain, and answer questions. Through a very difficult and at times harrowing process, I never felt alone. Her staff was always friendly, patient, and supportive. Lauren’s extremely competent, hard-working, and meticulous. She was always very well prepared, and aware of the most minute relevant details. I felt my case always had her full attention, despite not being particularly lucrative. She’s also honest, ethical, and direct. This means you will not be overcharged, and also that she’ll never sugarcoat or overpromise, as other reviewers have said. My divorce and custody battle was hell, but Lauren made all the difference. I can move on with my life, and be there for my son. Enlisting her help was the one good decision I made in an otherwise very difficult situation.

Super Audacious and Caring Attorney: I can’t find words to express my gratitude for an exceptionally excellent job Lauren and her team had done. Lauren is truly the most intelligent, diligent, highly knowledgeable, confident, fearless and bold attorney. I didn’t start with Lauren but it was the best decision I made when I hired her (as the 3rd counsel) after firing two previous incompetent and non-transparent attorneys. The divorce was stuck and lingered unnecessarily for nearly 1 year before Lauren represented me. No attorney can beat Lauren in strategy, transparency, timely response, knowledge, and honest advocacy. At the court hearing she communicated clearly with fact based evidences and fearless actions. She made opposition to payback some of the fees. Hiring Lauren was one of the best decisions I've ever made – she is nothing short of incredible at what she does. She’s highly responsive, smart, determined, extremely knowledgeable and always prepared. She’s an aggressive advocate that skillfully navigated what was a complicated and contentious divorce in my case. I never once had to worry that I didn’t have the best person out there on my side. Lauren’s high competency made the opposing counsel look bad many times throughout the year-long divorce, as she was simply a far better attorney and I felt incredibly lucky that she was representing me. Lauren is one of a kind. Extremely professional, pedantic, true fighter and extremely knowledgeable attorney. I did not start with Lauren, but I am glad I finished with her!! Lauren set a strategy and laid the ground-work early which allowed me to recoup many assets which my spouse had stolen / dissipated during the marriage of which I had been unaware. She built a foundation that allowed us to chip away at lies that were told about me and our family by the other party who decided to go low while we she went high with facts placed in the proper legal context. There were multiple situations where the opposing side refused to provide information; Lauren would have none of it, and over the course the hearings, gave the judge all the information needed to order the opposing side pay legal fees in three situations. I felt that I had a team on my side, and my role was to listen to Lauren’s counsel and provide her with all the evidence she needed to execute. Lauren’s experience, knowledge, and relationships with financial experts she engaged upon on my behalf allowed me to move on to build a future where my life is my own.

Lauren is nothing short of fantastic. I had a complicated case and Lauren and her team were heavily invested in helping me counter erratic and bad faith actions from the opposing side, while remaining intently focused on what was in my child’s best interest. Lauren set clear expectations throughout the process, and was fully supportive while also telling me what I needed to hear, not just what I wanted to hear. Lauren consistently outmaneuvered the opposing party and was steadfast in negotiations. At trial, she routinely made opposing counsels look woefully underprepared by comparison. Lauren and her team delivered excellent outcomes for both me and my child, and I’m very thankful I had her in my corner. If you need a lawyer who will expertly tackle complicated cases, work tirelessly on your behalf, and never lose sight of what is in the best interest of you and your children, I strongly recommend speaking with Lauren and her team. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

PLEASE READ: If you are going through a difficult divorce, please read this. I can't say enough about Lauren Popovitch. You NEED her on her side. She is brilliant. She will run circles around ANY other attorney in the state of Massachusetts. I have been with Lauren since 2016 and she has pulled off what every other attorney said was impossible. We went to trial, 2 full days and she ran circles around the other lawyer(s). She is a fierce advocate for you and your children. She will be HONEST and tell you exactly what is needed to protect you at all costs. You have to trust her. The other side went through 3 different law firms and none of them to come close to the knowledge that Lauren has. I also have spoken to many other attorneys since 2016 regarding my case - very high profile attorneys in and around Boston - and none of them even knew about the options available that Lauren did. She always delivers despite her heavy case load and will 1000% represent you as if you were her family. Please, trust me, you need this woman on your team.

If you are unfortunately going through a divorce or other child custody matter and you don't hire Lauren you are making a mistake. Lauren knows her craft, is incredibly reassuring, honest, aggressive to get you what you want, and will talk to you off hours and weekends if it's an emergency. Her whole team is professional and courteous. Going through divorce is tough especially with kids, but if I didn't hire Lauren I can guarantee things would be much worse for me.

Highly professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Lauren proactively took actions to help move the case along when the other party was being unresponsive and not cooperating. She has zero hesitation fighting for her client either at the court or in the email exchange with the opposite party. She worked tirelessly on my behalf, seeking the best interest for her client (me) and helping me getting through every stage of the process . Highly recommended without any reservation.
