I think Attorney Whelan is an exceptional lawyer. He attended court with me as a continuance kept dragging the case on. He worked hard for me and it was the best possible outcome. I have never met an attorney that has worked so hard to get what is the most fair outcome. I am greatful that he is such a hard worker as a public defender.
