Recently, I had an opportunity to refer Todd a civil litigation matter involving a dispute against an insurance company. I was very impressed with Todd's preparation, including the way he handled cross examination of experienced witnesses, such as insurance company personnel and an expert witness for the insurance company. Through Todd's efforts, the client was able to obtain a much more favorable result than she otherwise would have been able to. They did great with the first case the second time I tried using this firm.... They were trying to steal money the second time we used them. I also never received the service my wife and I paid them to do. Also, they tried to claim that I had to pay a ridiculous retainer in order for them to complete a service I already paid for. Then when I told them I was using a different firm. Then proceeded to try and psych me out from backing out with their firm. Lastly, overall the firm is good for a short quick case use other than they are useless because the next time you use them they become unprofessional.
